When were stuck on the hamster wheel, it is quite often of our own making, wanting to make sure everything is perfect and done exactly how we would do it ourselves. Well, you didn’t hire people to just be clones of you, right? You hired people so that you could get into the work that only you can do for your business. Designing the work for others to do. Creating a brand and a unique service that only you and your business can provide. This doesn’t have to be world shattering but it does need to be uniquely you.

Todays guest was able to escape this hamster wheel. Being a mother, a successful entrepreneur, world traveler, coach, and all of the above all at the same time. In fact she is doing this interview while also managing to keep the kids in order!

We will hear from her on how she was able to bring her brewery not only into profitability, but also completely forget about it as she travelled the world. And I mean quite literally forgot about, as she was forced to due to having no access to cell coverage or the internet. Unsurprisingly, when she came back to civilization her business was doing BETTER than when she left it. How did this happen?
